We will aim to assist individuals to maintain independence and enhance their daily living skills where possible.

Structured key working sessions will be available to promote and develop independent living skills.

We will provide twenty-four hour care with appropriate staffing levels, promoting the service users independence within a calming and homely environment.

The promotion of choice, person centred planning and empowerment will be the integral part of care planning, ensuring individual service user inclusion at all stages of service delivery to allow individuals to take control and enhance his/her overall quality of life.

It is the aim of Aaron House to provide a service with a person centred approach.

People who live here will be supported in the way they wish and that meets their needs.

They will be encouraged and supported to develop their independence skills and try new activities.
